Ga Lhakhang Rinpoche started a course on the basics of the Buddhist path. First, he gave instructions on the Four Noble Truths, this teaching was transmitted by Buddha Shakyamuni the first. This is a basic Buddhist teaching that everyone should know. Next, Rinpoche touched on the topic of Refuge, which should be accepted by anyone who has decided to follow on the Buddhist path and be free from suffering.
